After clicking on the download link this banner will appear.
Asking you to save the file. Click on save.

This banner will appear. Notice the white arrow at the top.
There is a drop down box here, make sure it says Desktop.
At the bottom there is a red arrow. Here you need to click on save.

 

This icon should appear on you desktop.
Just click on the icon and follow the short instructions.

When you open the conference room you will see this banner.

Just enter you name and click ok.

These rooms support Audio,Video and Text Chat
To use Audio and Video make sure your mic and web cam
are on and working properly. Or you can use the text chat only.
When using Audio just Click on the talk button and hold it down
then release it when you are done talking.
